This feedback system provides valuable insights into participant experiences, allowing for program refinement and personalization.

Implementation Options

The session feedback can be collected through:

  1. Digital Form: Quick online survey completed immediately after sessions
  2. Verbal Check-In: Structured end-of-session questions
  3. Written Card: Brief paper form for those without digital access
  4. Visual Scale: Simplified version using visual indicators for younger participants

Visual Feedback Option

For simplified feedback, especially useful for younger participants or when time is limited:

Emotion Scale: Participants select which face best represents how they felt during the session:

  • 😀 Very Happy
  • 🙂 Happy

  • 😟 Very Unhappy

Challenge Scale: Participants indicate difficulty level using visual hand positions:

  • Hand high above head: Too challenging
  • Hand at eye level: Perfect challenge
  • Hand at chest level: Moderately challenging
  • Hand at waist level: Slightly challenging
  • Hand at knee level: Too easy

Feedback Collection Schedule

  • Every Session: Quick 1-minute verbal or visual check
  • Weekly: Brief digital form (core questions only)
  • Monthly: Comprehensive feedback (all questions)
  • End of Phase: In-depth reflection on entire phase

Using the Feedback

Immediate Application

Feedback Integration Process
